The Bias Adjuster will visit your organization and provide an assessment of its diversity and inclusion climate. We provide customized implicit race/ethnicity bias workshops based on the equity goals of the individuals in your organization/community and the organization's needs.
Services:
1) Implicit Race/Ethnicity Climate Assessment - customized assessment of how implicit bias is impacting your organization's climate (hiring and promotion strategies, interpersonal relationships, employee and customer satisfaction)
2) Customized individual and group trainings- face-to-face and virtual/e-learning workshops designed based on Implicit Race/Ethnicity Climate Assessment; designed for leaders and employees of organizations; customized based on organization type (educational professionals , medical professionals, corporations, etc.)
3) Development of Equity Plan- assist leaders in using evidence-based strategies that significantly impact implicit race/ethnicity bias and lead to cultural transformation within their organization
4) Data Collection- customized data collection on organization/community climate before and after implementation of the equity plan
