Dr. Anthea Pun holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of British
Columbia, where she also earned her Masters and Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology.
Dr. Pun is dedicated to understanding how social status reasoning develops across
cultures and age groups. Her research explores how both implicit and explicit biases --
particularly related to gender, race, language and culture — influence performance,
group cohesion, and decision-making. With a strong foundation in Developmental and
Social psychology, Dr. Pun applies evidence-based strategies to help organizations
cultivate resilient, inclusive, and high-performing environments.
