The Bias Adjuster exists to make bias-proofed business a non-negotiable.
We aim to make bias-aware decision-making inevitable in organizational standards, not with one-off training but by embedding it into existing infrastructure so the impact is measured, maintained and easily explained.
Diversity is not a bad word. It’s good business.

I spent 15 years earning a PhD specifically in implicit bias because I wanted to do more than name the problem. I built The Bias Adjuster to bring peer-reviewed psychology out of the lecture hall and into the room where decisions actually get made — measured, named, and mitigated before they shape outcomes.
My father integrated his Georgia high school in 1966. My mother integrated Harvard Medical School in the 1970s. I didn't just study bias, I inherited a front-row seat to what happens when it goes unchecked.
And now The Bias Adjuster helps organizations like yours to build better judgement, fluid performance and transparent resilience, for the long haul.

Dr. Pun’s research explores how social hierarchies, status, and power shape bias and decision-making from early development through adulthood. Drawing on developmental, social, and cognitive psychology, she investigates how people learn to navigate social relationships, form expectations about others, and develop implicit biases.
As a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Pun works with leading researchers to advance the science of social cognition and bias. She is also deeply committed to promoting equity through research, education, and community engagement, ensuring The Bias Adjuster's programs are grounded in the latest evidence and real-world impact.
