Dr. Bentley L. Gibson created The 2026 DEI Scorecard measures how organizations respond to the attack on DEI and whether their response strengthens or undermines their brand. Scores have been directly correlated with real world outcomes: Target's retreat preceded a $20 billion loss, while Costco's commitment coincided with 8.2% growth.
